About Kerry

 

Kerry has over 20 years experience in managing businesses, projects, finance and people.

 

During a successful career in television production in London, Kerry sent filmmakers around the world to produce a huge range of television programmes from award-winning documentaties to reality TV shows. She negotiated million pound budgets, worked with large location crews and sent independent filmmakers into war zones. Her passion has always been for detail and she is incredibly organised and meticulous.

 

After moving back to the North East in 2007, Kerry fulfilled her dream of setting up her own business, opening The Wedding Dress Company. The stunning bridal boutique, located in the picturesque town of Corbridge, quickly became a must-visit place for North East brides-to-be and continues to go from strength to strength.

 

Whilst running a successful business, Kerry also helped individuals and other small companies with their bookkeeping and business tasks, advising them on ways to make the most of their time and resources. This gradually took up most of her time and in January 2014 Kerry sold the retail business in order to concentrate on her business and finance work. 

 

She knows what is like to be a one-man-band and to have to handle all of the business 'stuff'. For many people it's this business 'stuff' that keeps them awake at night, for Kerry it's what she enjoys the most.
